Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and scope to ensure compliance with design intent and client requirements
• Plan, schedule, and supervise mechanical installation works on site
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines for inspections and approvals
• Prepare and monitor material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and mechanical shop drawings
• Ensure all HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems are installed according to approved drawings and safety standards
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Assist procurement by identifying mechanical materials and supporting technical evaluations
• Ensure full compliance with project QA/QC guidelines and HSE requirements
• Conduct testing and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Support project closeout activities including as-built drawings and handover documentation

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 8-10 years of experience in MEP construction, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems
• Strong knowledge of project execution, coordination, and site management
• Familiarity with international mechanical standards and UAE authority regulations (Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA, ADDC, etc.)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage site activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
