Project Engineer, Luxury Villas & High-End Fit-Out (Dubai)
We are seeking a
Project Engineer
with a proven background inluxury residential and high-end villa construction and fit-out projects
to join our dynamic team inDubai
. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and experienced in managing complex, design-focused projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate
on-site construction and fit-out activities
to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery. Overseesubcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
to maintain project schedules and standards. Reviewdrawings, specifications, and shop drawings
for accuracy and compliance with design intent. Ensure full adherence tohealth, safety, and environmental
standards and regulations. Collaborate closely withdesign, procurement, and project management
teams to ensure seamless execution.Requirements
Minimum
10 years of experience
inluxury or high-end villa construction and interior fit-out
within the UAE. Strong technical knowledge offinishing materials, detailing, and installation methods
. Demonstrated ability tomanage multiple trades
and uphold top-tier workmanship on-site. Excellentcommunication, leadership, and coordination
skills.Bachelor's degree
(or equivalent) inCivil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
.UAE driving license
