Finishing Foreman - High-End Fit-Out Projects (English & Arabic)
Location: UAE
Experience: Minimum 10 years
License: Valid UAE Driving License
We are looking for a professional Finishing Foreman with strong experience in luxury fit-out and finishing works for banks, retail centres, spas, salons, and private palaces.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all finishing works (gypsum, paint, flooring, ceilings, joinery, marble, etc.).
Ensure top-quality execution per drawings and specifications.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
Maintain quality control, safety, and cleanliness on site.
Liaise with project managers and clients to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years' experience in high-end interior fit-out.
Strong eye for detail and quality.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Valid UAE driving license.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
