Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage interior fit-out projects on-site from initiation to completion.
Plan daily and weekly site activities and ensure smooth execution of civil works.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship according to specifications and standards.
Supervise the labor force and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Address technical issues and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
Ensure compliance with UAE civil and construction regulations and safety standards.
Prepare BOQs, RFIs, progress reports, and close-out documentation.
Assist in procurement, budgeting, and resource planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in civil works within interior fit-out projects.
Excellent knowledge of materials, execution methods, and project sequencing.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects under strict deadlines.
