Project Engineer

with a passion for high-end interior transformations. This isn't a desk job; it's a role for a technical specialist who thrives on-site, ensuring that luxury hospitality, retail, and corporate spaces move from "blueprint" to "breathtaking" without a hitch.

What You'll Do

Site Leadership:

Drive the end-to-end execution of turnkey fit-outs, ensuring structural civil works and aesthetic finishes align perfectly with design intent.

Technical Synergy:

Act as the bridge between Civil and MEP. You'll perform on-site "clash detection," identifying potential conflicts in HVAC, firefighting, and joinery before they become costly mistakes.

Subcontractor Orchestration:

Direct and discipline sub-contractors to maintain strict adherence to Method Statements and Quality Assurance (QA) protocols.

Resource Optimization:

Keep a sharp eye on the

BOQ

. You'll manage site-level labor and materials to ensure high-spec delivery without budget overruns.

Regulatory Liaison:

Navigate the UAE's regulatory landscape (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.) to ensure all works are compliant and ready for inspection.

The Final Mile:

Lead the project through the "snagging" phase to final handover, delivering flawless As-Built drawings and O&M manuals.

The Ideal Profile

The Credentials:

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (UAE Attested).

The Track Record:

4-7 years in the UAE interior fit-out sector, specifically with high-end portfolios (Retail/Hospitality/Grade-A Offices).

Technical Toolkit:

Mastery of

AutoCAD

is essential; proficiency in

MS Project/Primavera

is expected.

Local Knowledge:

Deep understanding of UAE authority submission processes and site safety standards.

Mobility:

A valid

UAE Driving License

is a major advantage for navigating between project sites.
