We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Project Engineer

with experience in

interior fit-out projects

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site operations and coordination of fit-out works. Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and material submittals. Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works. Monitor and report project progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets quality and safety standards. Prepare project documentation including RFIs, method statements, progress reports, and material approvals. Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and execution issues. Ensure all MEP and civil works are integrated seamlessly into the interior fit-out. Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines are met. Support procurement by verifying BOQs, checking material specs, and coordinating deliveries. Manage snag lists and follow up on completion before handover. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or related construction projects. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishing techniques, and construction practices. Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in project management tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, etc.). Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Hospital, commercial, or retail fit-out projects. Certification in PMP, LEED, or equivalent is a plus. UAE experience is Mandatory
