Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage site activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations.
Prepare progress reports, schedules, and site documentation.
Support project manager in cost estimation, material approval, and subcontractor management.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
in
interior fit-out projects
(corporate, retail, or hospitality sectors preferred).
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
