Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of fit-out projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
Supervise site activities, including carpentry, MEP coordination, finishing, and installation works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams for timely execution.
Monitor project progress, track work schedules, and report site updates to management.
Ensure quality control and adherence to health & safety regulations on-site.
Identify and resolve technical issues and construction challenges promptly.
Conduct site inspections, manage snagging works, and support project handovers.
