to manage and execute smart home and automation projects from design coordination through installation, testing, and handover. The role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and hands-on experience with home automation systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of home automation projects (villas, apartments, commercial spaces)
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per specifications
Technical & Engineering
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications related to home automation systems
Prepare shop drawings, system architecture, and technical submittals
Supervise installation, programming coordination, testing, and commissioning
Site Coordination
Conduct site surveys and monitor site activities
Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support
Ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards
Planning & Documentation
Prepare project schedules, method statements, and work programs
Manage material submittals, approvals, and deliveries
Maintain project documentation, as-built drawings, and handover documents
Quality, Safety & Client Coordination
Ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance on site
Attend site meetings and coordinate with other trades
Support client demonstrations and final handover
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering
3-6 years of experience
in home automation or ELV systems
Hands-on knowledge of systems such as
KNX, Control4, Crestron, Lutron, RTI
, or similar
Experience in villas and high-end residential projects preferred
Strong understanding of ELV integration (AV, lighting, HVAC, security)
Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
