Managing and coordinating interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion

Co-ordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality interior spaces within budget and timeline constraints
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and work programs
Ensure timely execution of fit-out works as per approved drawings and specifications
Site Supervision & Coordination
Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project requirements
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency
Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed on-site
Quality Control & Compliance
Inspect and verify materials, finishes, and workmanship quality.
Ensure adherence to building codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control within approved budgets
Identify potential cost savings without compromising quality and safety
Communication & Reporting
Regularly update clients, project managers, and stakeholders on progress
Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and technical submissions
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and techniques
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
Proficiency in project management tools
AutoCAD is a plus
