valid UAE driving license
to manage multiple sites efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities related to interior fitout projects.
Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure proper execution as per design and client requirements.
Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality and safety standards.
Monitor site progress and resolve any technical or coordination issues promptly.
Manage manpower, site activities, and ensure timely completion of work within budget.
Attend site meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
Utilize company vehicle for site visits, supervision, and coordination tasks (must have valid UAE driving license).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
fitout or interior contracting
projects within the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of fitout materials, joinery works, and MEP coordination.
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Valid UAE Driving License
