Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Site / Project Engineer

with a strong background in

fit-out projects and acoustic solutions

. The ideal candidate will have expertise in site management, quality control, and technical supervision, ensuring successful delivery of acoustic and interior fit-out works. A valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory for site visits and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations related to

fit-out and acoustic installations

. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and project completion. Supervise installation works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, acoustic performance standards, and safety regulations. Conduct site surveys, inspections, and feasibility assessments for acoustic solutions. Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on project timelines, costs, and risks. Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve on-site technical issues. Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and quality control checks. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Participate in client and contractor meetings, providing technical input and updates.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Site/Project Engineer

in the

fit-out industry

, with specific expertise in

acoustic projects

. Valid

UAE Driver's License

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of

construction drawings, acoustic standards, and technical specifications

. Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project schedules. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to coordinate with stakeholders. Proficiency in

MS Office

and engineering/project management software. Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field

(preferred). Prior

UAE experience

is highly desirable.
