Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of fit-out projects across multiple sites.
Review architectural and structural drawings, identify technical requirements, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
Supervise site installation activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and design standards.
Assist in preparing material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams for timely approvals of materials and drawings.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
Support project close-out activities including snagging, final inspections, and documentation handover.
Ensure all site activities comply with UAE construction regulations and company safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
.
3-5 years of relevant experience
in fit-out projects within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, finishes, and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project reporting tools, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
Valid
UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
