Plan, manage, and execute fit out works for interior projects as per drawings and specifications.
Supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and escalate delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at site.
Review and verify drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Assist in cost control, quantity take-offs, and resource planning.
Conduct inspections and handover works upon completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in
fit out/interior projects
within the UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and interior detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
