. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing interior projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards, timely delivery, and adherence to budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and oversee all site activities related to civil and interior fit-out works.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure that all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Supervise site labor force and subcontractors.
Resolve any unexpected technical issues or challenges on-site.
Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and safety standards.
Prepare and manage project documentation including BOQs, RFIs, and project close-out reports.
Support cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement activities when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum
5
years of UAE experiencein the
Interior Fit-Out industry
.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, detailing, and site execution.
Excellent understanding of project management tools, drawings, and technical specifications.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD

MS Office
, and project planning tools.
UAE Driving License
