Project Engineer

Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems

. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing fire protection system projects in the UAE, with strong technical knowledge and understanding of local civil defense regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting projects from initiation to handover.
Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and material submittals.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and civil defense authorities for project approvals and inspections.
Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover of fire protection systems.
Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Codes, NFPA, and relevant civil defense regulations.
Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and project records.
Manage project costs, timelines, and quality standards.
Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations and approval procedures.
Proficiency in reviewing drawings, technical submittals, and project documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Protection Engineering.
UAE Driving License
