MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation and commissioning of fire alarm and fire fighting systems at project sites
Review design drawings and ensure execution as per project specifications
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance local civil defense requirements
Prepare reports, documentation, and update site progress regularly
Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and UAE Civil Defense regulations
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD
Excellent communication and leadership skills
UAE Driving license (preferred)

FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN:
- Installation of Fire Alarm System and it's components, from cabling work to FACP installation and all related works.
- Maintenance and rectification of Fire Alarm System and devices.
- Should have knowledge and experience working in both Conventional and Addressable fire alarm panel and connected devices.
- Should have knowledge and experience in testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm system.
- Should be able to work as per the drawing instructions received from Site Engineers/Supervisors.
FIRE FIGHTING TECHNICIAN
:
- Installation and maintenance of Fire Fighting Systems, including fire fighting equipment, fire hydrant, hose reel, HDPE and underground piping, fire pumps, wet risers, deluge system, etc.
- Should know how to operate different machines, such as grooving and threading machines, while working in fire fighting installation.
- Should have knowledge of testing and commissioning of fire fighting system and hydro testing, fire drills, etc.
- Should be able to work as per the drawing instructions received from Site Engineers/Supervisors.
