JOB TITE: PROJECT ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform Project Management for Transmission power substation such as monitoring and controlling daily activities as per baseline at site to achieve the plan milestones of projects, resolving the issue which may lead to delay the projects timeline.

• Implement project management such as risk management plan, issue management plan, change management and reporting performance of projects and analyzing any delay in projects.
• Lead day to day scram meetings at site with stakeholders and OBS team members for collaboration and better planning and progressing the projects and achieving the project with the target.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line manager.
• Follow and adhere to the OH&S Management System Manual as per DEWA's safety standards.
• Validate progress of site and compared with baseline and identify the variance in projects timeline with corrective action to mitigate the plan.
• Handling the official communication of the subject's project with Stakeholder through DEWA system (D-2)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education

• Bachelors degree in Electrical / Civil engineering

Experience/Qualification

• Electrical field : Minimum 6 years experience in Power transmission projects
• Civil field : Minimum 8 years experience in Power transmission projects
• Holder of PM certification (preferably)
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management processes.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera ,MS Project,.).
• Excellent communication, analytical, Planning , organizing and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and managing Stakeholders at site to deliver the Project as per Target within scope and Allocated Budget
