We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
UAE
Project Engineer (Civil)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5
-8 years of UAE experience
, including proven work with renovation/Facility Management
firms
, and a solid background in civil project execution, coordination, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from planning through execution and completion.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress aligns with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Review and prepare technical reports, project schedules, material submittals, drawings, RFIs, and project budgets.
Ensure all project activities comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site-related technical issues to avoid delays.
Monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Support project managers in documentation, claims, risk analysis, and variation submissions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
(mandatory).
5-8 years of UAE experience
in civil engineering and project management.
Experience working with
UAE-based consulting firms
is essential.
Strong understanding of UAE local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DDA/Trakhees, RTA, Civil Defense, etc.).
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Valid
UAE driving license
(mandatory).
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Engineer's Society Membership (UAE Society of Engineers)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
