Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the planning, execution, and monitoring of bridge maintenance and rehabilitation works.
Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work progress aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality requirements.
Prepare and review project documentation including method statements, progress reports, and technical submissions.
Manage the procurement of materials and resources specific to bridge maintenance activities.
Liaise with client representatives, government authorities, and project stakeholders for approvals and updates.
Identify and troubleshoot construction issues and propose engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies on site.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum
10 years of UAE experience
specifically in
Bridge Construction and/or Maintenance projects
.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure maintenance practices, materials, and standards relevant to bridges.
Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
UAE Driving License is preferred.
