Key Responsibilities
Act as the coordination point between ADNOC departments, operating companies, and shareholders.
Ensure clear communication and alignment among all project participants.
Facilitate project reviews, approvals, and progress updates throughout early development and execution stages.
Provide technical support to the Project Department Manager on engineering scope and execution plans.
Contribute to engineering strategies that support operational goals.
Prepare and review engineering documents including mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation deliverables.
Ensure all documents meet ADNOC standards and project requirements.
Review contractor and consultant technical submissions for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct site visits to assess conditions, verify documentation, and identify gaps.
Recommend corrective actions to maintain the integrity of project deliverables.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and applicable regulations.
Participate in safety and technical review sessions such as HAZOP and SIL.
Support stakeholder meetings and design review discussions.
Resolve technical issues through coordination with internal and external teams.
Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor degree in engineering.
More than five years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of project execution processes and multidisciplinary engineering workflows.
Familiarity with HSE and regulatory requirements for industrial projects.
Proficiency in engineering software and documentation systems.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
