We are looking for a highly experienced and driven

Project Engineer

with

7+ years of proven success in the construction industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate between site teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Manage material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements. Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC and HSE policies on site. Monitor project progress and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders. Assist in procurement planning and coordination. Resolve technical issues and design conflicts in coordination with consultants. Participate in site meetings and provide engineering support to field teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Minimum of

7 years of experience

in the construction industry as a project/site engineer. Strong understanding of civil construction methods, project lifecycle, and local codes. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workstreams simultaneously. Fluent in written and spoken English; [add Arabic or other language if needed
