Civil Engineer / Project Engineer -

Group - Dubai

Civil Engineers/ Project Engineers -7+ years of experience (Salary up to AED 8000 per month)

Note: Any construction , infrastructure big company candidate will be allowed.

6days working, salary mnetooed , no any other benefits

Paid leave for month after 1yr project timeline

On joining travel ticket and visa pass will be given for leave period candice has to manage.

if you get any UAE landscape experience that will be advantageous.

Planning and Organizing

Review of project scope of work and plan activities as per project plan Setting out, levelling and surveying the site Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities, equipment allocation schedule to be prepared and shared with Purchase department to Develop a detailed project plan and track its progress Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed and materials used are in line with project specifications and quality standards

Manpower Management and Material Management

Day-today management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors To forecast requirements for Labour, discuss and agree all Labour requirements with Project Manager to ensure that Labour costs relate to tender allowances Assign roles to team members and set deadlines to achieve targets. Oversee/prepare the selection and requisition of materials and equipment Follow up on the material delivery and ensuring that material reaches the sites. Closely monitor the Material Inventory Sheet and share the signed DOs with Administrators Closely monitor machinery and notify Project Manager on machinery to be capexed and machinery that needs to be replaced/scraped Ensure that MR is accurate and signed off from your side before sharing with Administrators

Quality and Audits

Checking plans, IFC & shop drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per contract specifications Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect

Coordinating

Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, safety officers, representatives of MEP division and the general workforce involved in the project Liaising with the local authority (where applicable to the project) to ensure compliance/approvals with local construction regulations and by-laws Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

Execution

Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the specifications/ drawings provided Perform risk management to minimize project risks Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project schedule and costs Responsible for onsite Health & Safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately

Report

Execute daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the site team at site and prepare interims and completion project reports Liaison with Project Manager/Operations Manager on analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects Supervise monitor and report project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion. Attend Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other departments Preparing various reports- Problems/ Issues Face at the project on weekly basis and share with management Document all quality concerns of sites through reports. Report should have necessary visual supporting and should include recommendations for implementations

Human Resource

Set goals, monitor progress, and direct the workflow of the department to assure standards are met. Responsible for regular performance evaluations and annual review of performance expectation Training and development of subordinate employees to improve project performance and enhance individual career development. Recognize employees with potential who once trained could assume additional responsibilities Ensure workload is covered effectively and processes are being followed Grade all the employee's basis their performance as per the set standards, report to HR for employees with multiple skill sets.

Finance

Monitor the resource (time, money, equipment) required to complete a project Manage Cash Flow Requirements for the Projects and control expenditures within project budget Meet or exceed project labor budget expectations Agreeing price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project Responsible for accurate/timely project documentation and job file maintenance in office

Skillset:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to lead large teams and bring them to work together Bold personality, strong analytical and interpersonal skills preferred Proven track record of managing projects ranging in the value from 10-30 million Excellent organizing and leadership skills Must be able to demonstrate a high level of trust and confidentiality

Minimum experience

8 years

of experience in swimming pool construction and landscape

Minimum Qualifications/education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
