Position Overview
This role leads project teams, drives client engagement, and ensures effective management of scope, schedule, risk, and financial performance across complex infrastructure design projects.
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Project Managers across multiple infrastructure design packages
• Act as the key project liaison, representing Parsons in all client and stakeholder interactions
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet technical quality, compliance, and schedule requirements
• Monitor project risks, maintain risk and issue registers, and escalate critical matters when necessary
• Track budgets, financial forecasts, and project performance indicators
• Conduct technical reviews of designs, reports, and tender documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting aligned with project KPIs
• Promote consistent application of Parsons' quality, safety, and project delivery processes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Background of 15+ years leading major infrastructure design programs
• Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, risk, and quality on complex projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation capability
• Deep familiarity with regulatory requirements for utility and infrastructure design
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Commercial awareness and strong judgment in managing risks and opportunities
