Project Director - Infrastructure Location : UAE Sector : Civil & Infrastructure Full-time We are hiring a dynamic and strategic Project Director to oversee the execution of major infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale civil works, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and interfacing with high-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution across planning, design, construction, and handover phases Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all workstreams Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal leadership Qualifications & Requirements BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (MasteraEUR(TM)s preferred) Minimum 18+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role on large infrastructure projects Proven experience managing projects in roads, utilities, transport, or similar sectors Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and contractual negotiation skills Skills Creating end-to-end workflow processes and evaluations. Instructing and mentoring Project Managers. Setting project goals and strategies. Budgeting time and resources throughout a projectaEUR(TM)s lifespan. Mitigating risks and resolving conflicts.
