Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, coordination, and execution from inception to completion.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Management Plan, including schedules, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, and expectations.
• Manage contracts, negotiate variations, handle change orders, and ensure compliance with legal and financial terms.
• Provide direction and leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability.
• Monitor project revenue, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance to achieve business goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee quality assurance, safety compliance, and adherence to Parsons' policies and international standards.
• Ensure timely approvals, invoicing, and payments in accordance with contract requirements.
• Support business development by contributing to bids, proposals, and client presentations for future opportunities.
• Represent Parsons in stakeholder, regulatory, and client meetings, ensuring all deliverables meet project and company expectations.
• Promote innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in project management of large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects.
• Proven record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai or GCC region.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in project forecasting, contract administration, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, negotiate effectively, and make strategic decisions under pressure.
