Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor a team of Project Managers delivering complex infrastructure design projects
• Act as the primary project liaison, representing Parsons with clients, partners, and affiliated stakeholders
• Oversee project team outputs to ensure alignment with approved delivery plans, milestones, and quality objectives
• Ensure full compliance with Parsons quality standards, internal processes, and governance procedures
• Establish, maintain, and actively manage project risk and issue registers, identifying opportunities and escalating critical matters as required
• Manage and monitor project financial performance to ensure delivery within approved budgets and commercial targets
• Conduct technical and managerial reviews of design deliverables, reports, and tender documentation
• Oversee preparation and submission of accurate and timely weekly and monthly progress reports to clients and senior management
• Provide strategic guidance on delivery approach, resourcing, and execution planning across multiple projects
• Support business objectives by maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to repeat and follow-on work

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience with a proven track record leading large and complex infrastructure projects through all design stages
• Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure design projects within regulated environments
• Strong background in managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory, authority, and compliance requirements related to utility and infrastructure projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate within multi-organizational and collaborative project environments
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, engineering practices, and applicable regulations
• High level of commercial awareness with sound judgment in managing risks and opportunities
• Proficiency in technical review, stakeholder management, and structured risk reporting
