Project Director – Hospitality Construction

Job Description
We are urgently seeking an experienced Project Director to lead major hotel developments for a respected organisation in Dubai. This is a senior-level role suited to a dynamic leader with a proven track record delivering high-profile hospitality projects across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for large-scale hotel construction projects from design through to handover.
- Oversee project planning, budget management, programme delivery, and risk management.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities, and partners.
- Minimum 20 years' total construction experience, including at least 10 years managing hospitality (hotel) projects.
- Must have worked in the GCC, with a strong understanding of regional regulations, standards, and construction practices.
- Extensive construction supervision experience on complex, large-scale hotel projects.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
