We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Project Director

to lead and oversee high-rise building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be a

Dubai Municipality (DM) approved engineer

with proven expertise in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and manage high-rise building projects ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget control. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Oversee resource allocation, manpower planning, and effective utilization of site teams. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers, engineers, and site staff. Review and approve project schedules, drawings, materials, and technical submittals. Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders. Handle contractual and commercial aspects, including claims, variations, and negotiations. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in construction methods and project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).

Dubai Municipality (DM) approved engineer

- mandatory. Minimum

8 years of experience in Dubai's construction industry

, with at least 5 years in senior project management roles. Proven track record in managing

high-rise building projects

(G+12 or higher). Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, DM regulations, and local authority procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong contractual, commercial, and technical knowledge. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience in design-build and fast-track projects. Familiarity with advanced project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
