Project Director - Hospitality & Mixed-Use Developments

We are currently seeking a highly accomplished Project Director to oversee the successful delivery of complex, large-scale developments, with a primary focus on hospitality and mixed-use projects. The selected candidate will provide strategic direction, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure alignment between client objectives, design excellence, and construction execution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for project planning, design management, procurement, construction, and handover. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Establish and maintain governance structures, risk registers, and reporting frameworks in line with best practice. Lead coordination between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and operators. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and quality benchmarks. Act as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and clients, providing progress reporting and strategic guidance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Professional Degree in Architecture; additional qualifications in Project Management will be advantageous. Minimum 20 years' professional experience, with at least 15 years in senior leadership/project director roles. Proven track record of delivering high-value hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale developments across design and construction stages. Strong capability in design management, construction oversight, and commercial negotiations. Demonstrated competence in resource planning, contract administration, and risk management. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong technical expertise, capable of navigating complex project environments and driving multidisciplinary teams toward successful outcomes. Prior exposure to international hospitality brands and operator requirements will be considered an advantage.

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
