Our client is a Leading Buildings Main Contractor with 3 Decades delivering High End Towers across Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Some of these towers have been delivered for some of the most high end Hotel Brands & Residential Developers across the UAE. The fixtures, technology and facilities in this tower are second to none.
The Construction cost of this project is to between 780-840 Million AED which shows the spend going into the building.
Very simply, if you havent delivered High Rise Towers in the UAE Market for a Tier 1 / 2 Main Contractors of G+40 please dont read on as this client has VERY CLEAR criteria as does their developer that will sign off this appointment.
If you have at least 2 towers to your name as Project Director or Senior Project Manager then this could be you. You will have a strength in knowledge from Consultants, Architects, Developers and Sub-Contractors in the region.
This Main Contractor is self-delivering the Piling , Earthworks, Foundations & Super Structure of this Reinforced Concrete Structure. With such self-delivery elements handled in house they expect the right person to be across the concrete cycle for floors, pours and outputs. You either know the information from steel fixing to reinforcement or you dont.

• Project Scope Luxury Residential , first of its kind almost seen as a 5* Hotel. Leisure facilities include Pools, Squash Courts, Padel Tennis, Gym , Sauna , Ice Baths , In house Trainers & Physio Therapists. Technology going into the Building includes face recognition and number plate recognition! You wont be waiting 5 minutes for a Lift as we all hate that feeling !

• Iconic Location with Logistical challenges and numerous external stakeholders so planning and permits will be critical

Can you lead all departments in a collaborate manner to drive safety, technical, production, quality & contracts. Do you have the people skills to mentor , develop and provide good & bad feedback to internal and external parties all whilst staying calm and focused.
Direct reporting line into the Operations Manager & General Manager due to the importance of this project. You will have full P&L responsibility.

Essential Factors

• Delivered High Rise Towers in the UAE for a Tier 1 or 2 Main Contractor (Reputable)
• Degree Educated Civil Engineering
• 15 Years Post Graduate
• 10 Years UAE UAE experience Main Contractor side
• This client will not look at candidates over the age of 60 Years of Age
• 85% of your career will have been working on the Main Contractors side handling relevant Building projects such as Towers , Mixed Use & 4*/ 5* Hotels
• You will understand design change, people management and program issues
• Able to start employment before the 10TH OF September LATEST
• Minimum 5 Year Commitment to Dubai
