Job Description

We are looking for a

Project Coordinator with proven Interior and Fit-Out experience in the UAE to join our team.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-5 years UAE experience in Interior & Fit-Out projects

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)



Strong coordination skills with consultants, clients, and subcontractors

Knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and project documentation

Ability to monitor project schedules, site progress, and deliverables

Familiar with UAE authority approvals and site procedures

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:



Coordinate project activities between site, office, and stakeholders

Prepare and track submittals, approvals, and project documentation

Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and reporting

Monitor site progress and support project handover
