Project Coordinator Interior Fitout

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion Work closely with the project manager, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Prepare project schedules, update timelines, and follow up on progress Handle documentation, approvals, and site inspections as required Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding project status Ensure health & safety and quality standards are followed at all times Track material deliveries and manage procurement requirements Support in resolving site issues promptly
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination Knowledge of fit-out works including joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure UAE driving license is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
