Project Coordinator
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project documentation including progress reports, timelines, and site updates.
Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Support procurement by coordinating material orders and delivery schedules.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and report any issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records of drawings, approvals, and change requests.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in
interior fit-out or construction coordination
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
