Experience in interior fit-out and furniture/joinery drawings
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D visualization, and detail drawing
Able to prepare shop drawings, joinery details, and client presentation layouts
Coordinate with production and site teams for execution
Minimum 3-4 years UAE experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise interior layout drawings and detailed furniture drawings
Develop 3D design concepts based on client requirements
Ensure drawings meet manufacturing and site standards
Support the team with BOQ, material selection, and design coordination
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman/Interior Designer, with a strong focus on interior fit-out projects, mall environments, and 3D design.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing, design, and 3D visualization work.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot design and construction issues and provide practical solutions.
