Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings specifically for
interior fit-out projects
.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants to ensure accuracy.
Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes and standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in
MEP drafting for interior fit-out works
.
Proficiency in AutoCAD .
Strong knowledge of MEP services in joinery, partitions, ceilings, and other interior systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
