Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Project Coordinator - Aluminum and Facade

to support the execution and delivery of facade and aluminum system projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, strong coordination skills, and a solid understanding of facade systems. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning and managing aluminum and facade works to meet client specifications and company quality standards. Coordinate project schedules, resources, materials, subcontractors, and communication among stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues. Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation, including: Project timelines and work schedules Status reports and progress trackers Budget monitoring and updates Monitor daily site activities to ensure progress is aligned with approved plans and timelines. Track deliverables, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective actions to keep the project on schedule. Manage change orders, variations, and project-related documentation in coordination with the commercial team. Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards at the site and report any safety violations or risks. Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement departments to ensure all technical and material requirements are met. Support in the preparation and submission of technical documents such as: Shop drawings Material submittals Method statements and inspection requests

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in project coordination within the aluminum, facade, or broader construction industry.

Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of: Facade systems Aluminum curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and related components
