Alexander Ash are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support IT infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on network and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in planning, executing, and tracking project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This is a contract role based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT infrastructure projects, particularly those related to network and cybersecurity. Coordinate project tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure seamless execution. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and dashboards. Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and business objectives. Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Manage risk registers and issue logs, identifying potential risks and assisting in mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes with actionable follow-ups. Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting related to project expenditures. Key Requirements: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in project coordination, preferably in IT infrastructure, network, or cybersecurity projects. Understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, firewalls, VPNs, and security frameworks. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar). Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with risk management and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) is a plus. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous. Seniority level
