We are looking for a
Project Coordinator
with proven experience ininterior and fit-out projects
who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will support project execution from planning to handover, ensuring timelines, quality, and coordination with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interior & fit-out projects from initiation to completion Assist Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and site coordination Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers Monitor project progress, materials, and manpower Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-ups
Requirements:
Experience in
interior & fit-out projects
(mandatory) Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Knowledge of site execution, drawings, and materials Immediate availability /no notice period
Preferred:
Experience in commercial or residential fit-out projects Familiarity with project documentation and site processes
