An Interior Fitout Company established in 2014 at Ajman, UAE, Operating all over UAE and Africa, seek to hire a Sales Executive cum Project coordinator. (Male/Female - Any Nationality) *The candidate must have fit-out sales background in UAE, Minimum 4 years experience with a valid UAE Driving License. (Mandatory - if not please don\'t send your CV)* Key Responsibilities: - Identify new potential clients & also generating leads through contacts, networking and associations to meet the Business growth plan of the company. - Liaising with the design & execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met. - Negotiate agreements with clients and coordinate with the other departments, senior management and closing the deals. - Communicate clearly, coordinate and follow with teammates to meet the agreed time-frames & project details. - Liaising with the concerned team to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments. - Payment collections & Follow up receivables of own project sales. What we need: - Minimum of 4 years experience in the fitout and decor industry in UAE. - Communication, excel at communicating in person, over the phone, via email, face to face and across teams. - Open to travel on a regular base to meet prospects. - Meeting the sales target monthly.
