Job Description
We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator with experience in handling retail or fit out projects Opportunity is for a top perfume manufacturing company having multiple stores across UAE. Designation: Project Coordinator :
- Coordinate with fit-out contractors, mall managements, and government departments, for obtaining necessary approvals to execute the works of all new outlets and renovations of existing retail outlets across GCC.
- Closely monitor all projects, ensure completion on time, within budgets and as per expected quality standards.
- Maintain logs and records of work performed, materials used & track expenditures.
- Identifying the snags and coordinate with contractors to rectify them.
- Excellence in maintain reports in excel
- Relevant experience in project department of reputed retail Company or Fitout contractors
- Exceptional negotiator & communicator, ability to handle complaints & work within a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently
- UAE driving license will be an advantage
- Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize new ideas for cost effective budget.
