Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of

ELV and Security Systems projects

, including

CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Fiber Optic

systems. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, ensuring communication between teams and clients, and assisting Project Managers in achieving timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring ELV project activities. Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Prepare and maintain project documentation including submittals, drawings, progress reports, and correspondence. Track project progress, material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site activities. Follow up with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Schedule and attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points. Ensure compliance with technical standards, specifications, and company quality procedures. Maintain updated records of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project closeout documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering

(or equivalent).

2-4 years of experience

in project coordination or site support within the

ELV / Security Systems industry

. Familiar with

CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Audio-Visual, and Fiber Cabling

systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and

MS Project

; familiarity with

AutoCAD

is an advantage. Knowledge of UAE industry standards and installation practices preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
