Job Description

Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, and monitor ELV projects including CCTV, Security Systems, VMS, Structured Cabling, KNX Lighting Control, GRMS, Home Automation, and Parking Systems, ensuring timely delivery within scope, quality standards, and client expectations.

Accountability & Key Deliverables

Lead day-to-day project coordination and execution for ELV and security system installations. Prepare project schedules, material requirements, and manpower planning. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely work progress. Monitor installation quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or scheduling issues. Support testing, commissioning, and final handover to the client. Ensure documentation, reports, drawings, and project updates are accurately maintained. Maintain strong communication with clients to manage expectations and resolve concerns. Track project performance and highlight risks or delays to management.

Key Decisions

Day-to-day site planning and resource allocation. Sequence of work activities for smooth project execution. Escalation of project risks, delays, or technical challenges.

Dimensions

Multiple ELV projects running simultaneously. Coordination of manpower, materials, subcontractors, and client relations. Direct impact on project timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and cost control.

Communication and Working Relationships

Internal:

Project Manager, Site Engineers, Technicians, Procurement, QA/QC.

External:

Clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, third-party inspectors.

Skills & Knowledge

Strong technical knowledge of: CCTV & Security Systems VMS Structured Cabling KNX Lighting Control GRMS Home Automation Systems Parking / Access Control Systems Other ELV solutions Proficient in project planning and documentation. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of relevant standards and safety requirements.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
