Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets; schedule site visits, meetings, and subcontractors.
Documentation:
Prepare, organize, and maintain all project paperwork, including contracts, change orders, permits, and progress reports.
Communication & Liaison:
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders (clients, contractors, architects, engineers, suppliers).
Budget & Procurement:
Track expenditures, help manage budgets, obtain vendor quotes, and coordinate material/service procurement.
Site & Safety Oversight:
Conduct site walks, monitor progress, ensure adherence to safety codes, quality standards, and construction plans.
Issue Resolution:
Assist in resolving conflicts, addressing defects, and managing change orders.
Reporting:
Provide regular status updates and generate financial/progress reports for management.
QUALIFICATION:
Degree:
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is common, though experience can sometimes substitute.
Certifications (Optional but helpful):
CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), PMP (Project Management Professional).
Experience:
1-3+ years in project support, administration, or coordination roles.Experience with scheduling, action item tracking, reporting, and managing project documentation.
