Maintain and manage all project-related documentation including drawings, material submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, approvals, and contracts.
Ensure proper version control, document tracking, and secure archiving for easy retrieval.
Organize and update drawing logs and document registers regularly.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely submission and approval of project documents.
Prepare and submit documentation packages as per project requirements.
Project Coordination:
Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling day-to-day activities.
Follow up with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and site readiness.
Organize project meetings, record minutes of meetings (MoM), and track actionable items.
Coordinate between site, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Support with project progress reports, updates, and documentation for internal and client use.
