Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities



Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing project activities. Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task lists. Track project progress and report deviations or delays. Coordinate between design, procurement, execution, and client teams. Act as a point of contact between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure all parties are updated on project changes, timelines, and deliverables. Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure closure. Maintain proper project documentation including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and approvals. Prepare regular status and progress reports for internal and client reviews. Assist in compiling handover documentation and project close-out files. Support the Project Manager in preparing change orders and variation documentation. Support the site team in resolving minor issues and escalating critical ones. Assist in quality checks and snag list preparation during and after project completion. Maintain project calendars and contact databases. Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Skillful at AutoCAD, Plan swift or relevant software Licensed Civil engineers are preferred with 1 to 2 years of experience in home Country
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
