Job Description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines, budget, and quality standards. This includes coordinating resources, managing documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in day-to-day project operations and administration. Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Coordinate between internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Site) to ensure timely completion of tasks. Follow up on material submittals, approvals, and deliveries to align with the project schedule. Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, BOQs, RFIs, NCRs, and variation orders. Track correspondence between the client, consultant, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management. Act as a point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes. Ensure that all works comply with company policies, project specifications, and HSE regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Fresher
or 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction/fit-out industry.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
