Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Coordinate between different teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Review and update architectural drawings as necessary, ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues effectively and efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination and civil drafting, preferably in high-profile or luxury projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
- Experience working on historical or significant structures is a plus.
