MISSIONS: As a Project Control Specialist, you will be part of DBI Operations team and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient planning, monitoring, and control of our projects. You will work closely with bid managers, project managers, technical coordinators / managers, and engineers from the project team as well as with the Client\xe2\x80\x99s team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and / or Bid Managers to develop detailed project plans (at bid or detailed stage), including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to project teams and senior management.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Progress Tracking: Continuously monitor project progress, collect data, and analyze key performance indicators to ensure projects are on track.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related records.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Attend external and internal meeting when requested.
• Quality Assurance: Understand and implement the organization\xe2\x80\x99s quality process, ensure alignment with Client\xe2\x80\x99s requires and collaborate with the documentation teams for adherence to the requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to project management, senior management, and clients, highlighting key milestones and issues.
• Change Management: Develop and / or implement the change management plan on a project. Maintain proper change log with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Collaborate with the Contracts Management team to prepare variations and claim proposals.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent, with 5 - 8 years of experience.
• Proven experience in project control, project management, or a related role within the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
