Project Control Lead

Job Description
We are looking for a Project Control Lead for one of our clients with the following details: Location: Dubai, UAE (with missions in Iraq) Start Date: July 2025 Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable Scheme: Residential Qualification and Experience Required:
- Qualification: Engineering degree or equivalent
- Professional Experience: 15 years minimum in Oil and Gas Project Control and Contracts
- Experience in a similar position: 5 years minimum
- Excellent knowledge Contract administration activities
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-changing and constantly evolving environment, internally and externally with different stakeholders
- The job holder reports to the Package Manager and assists the Package Manager in the organization, management and control of the Package.

- Scheduling and Progress Control, Reporting, Risk management,
- Human resources and associated logistic,
- Methods and Organisation,
- Documentation Control,
- Compliance,
- IT
- The job holder reports functionally to the Project Control & Risks Manager and shall accordingly respect directives given by Project Control & Risks Manager.
- The job holder manages a team of several engineers/technicians, he/she shall inform and motivate them adequately so that priorities are clear and directions for the performance of their duties are set to meet the objectives of the package and of the Project.
- The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour about Compliance and HSSE rules & requirements and for implementing and controlling Compliance and HSSE rules within his area of responsibility.
- This is a resident position in the UAE/Dubai (EPC Contractor office). Mobilization at the earliest, until close-out the Project. 1 year contract renewed annually.
